Hi – I’m so glad we’ve found each other! As a Registered Dietitian, I’m very passionate about de-stigmatizing foods. I work with clients on Intuitive Eating principles and taking the fear away from foods. I love helping women rekindle their relationship with food and learn to enjoy food again. I also love helping runners. Often times, we are not eating enough. I work with people to help them understand what enough food looks like so they can feel better throughout the day.
Many of us have lost that innate mind-body connection and we’re searching for the next diet or next best thing to get that back. Food shouldn’t be complicated. It is just that – food. A kale salad can be just as nourishing as a slice of cake with your family. I aim to decrease the food guilt and help you find your happy relationship with food and yourself.
