As a former Division 1 college athlete turned marathon runner, I really understand and appreciate the power of nutrition in athletic performance and recovery. Oftentimes, it’s the food and recovery piece that holds many of us back.
Whether you’re training for a race or competition, or just looking for some friendly guidance for your pre- and post-workout nutrition, I can help! As a marathon runner myself, I have a strong passion for and understanding of the vital nutrients needed for athletes. I have helped many female athletes navigate amenorrhea and get their periods back, and helped many marathoners perfect their fueling strategies to reach their PRs.
We’ll come up with a nutrition and hydration plan together, based on your training and goals. We’ll see if we need to modify anything you’re currently doing to make sure you’re fueling properly, and getting enough nutrient dense foods for performance and recovery.
I also work with both recreational and competitive athletes. I also provide talks, and snacks/refreshments for club and youth sports.
